About Nikki

Hi, I’m Nikki and I am a qualified Aromatherapist, dōTERRA Wellness Advocate, First Light® Flower Essences of NZ Practitioner, and Reiki Practitioner and have been working in my own Holistic Wellbeing practice for over 25 years.

I’m passionate about educating and empowering people to take care of their own health and wellbeing with the use of essential oils and self-care through the AromaTouch® Technique and Reik i.

The AromaTouch® Technique works with eight specific essential oils and blends to promote relaxation and stress relief, offer immune support, decrease pain and inflammation, and elevate mood.

The Essential oils are applied along energy lines and on reflexology points stimulating balance and harmony in the body. Clients find this non-invasive treatment incredibly nourishing, grounding and uplifting.

You will feel ‘put back together’.

It’s the ultimate self-care treatment - relaxing the body, balancing the emotions and uplifting the senses.

  1. What does teaching yoga mean to you?
