This practice will focus on providing a gentle, nourishing space for Mum to begin her postnatal healing, while bonding with her beautiful new baby. PARTNER YOGA / THAI YOGA MASSAGE

Looking for a fun and unique way to share your Valentine’s Day with a partner, loved one, or friend?

Join us for an evening of nurturing, connection and a few giggles (for sure!) as we experience the beauty of Partner Yoga and Thai Yoga Massage. We will explore the depths of energetic connection as we open up our mat space to the shared movement and breath energy of another. Explore ways to feel into yoga asana in a way that can only be experienced by using your partner as a prop! Often called the ‘lazy man’s yoga,’ Thai Yoga Massage is a passive stretch experience aided by the work of your partner.


No Valentine’s would be complete without a cheeky glass of red wine and a nibble of chocolate, all included in the cost of your evening. No previous yoga experience for these practices is necessary, so feel free to bring a partner or friend who is brand new to yoga, or feel free to come on in solo and we are happy to pair you up on the night!

As we approach exam time, stress levels have the potential to reach monumental proportion.

This 2-hour mindfulness-based workshop will not only help you learn how to manage stress, exhaustion and burnout, but will help you to learn how to turn exam anxiety into positive energy, paving the way for exam success! Learn tools to navigate your way through stress during study time, the night before, the day of, and even DURING your exam using the power of breath and meditation.

This workshop includes a take-home CD full of pranayama and meditation tools to integrate directly into your daily study rituals.

Cost NZD $35 (includes a guided pranayama/meditation CD)
