Brand New to Yoga? Nervous about stepping into an established class setting? This 4 Week Series will give you the full scoop on the ins and outs of stepping onto your mat at the beginning of your journey. Develop a basic understanding of our foundational yoga poses, using yoga props, how to manage your breath, the basics of meditation, and a few ‘frequently used yoga terms’ such as ‘Namaste,’ ‘Om,’ and ‘Savasana’ (the best part of the yoga practice by the way!) This workshop is also appropriate for yogis who have been in their practice for a time, but want to go ‘Back to Basics’ to assure that they are practicing mindfully and with proper technique. We hope to supporting the start of your amazing journey ahead!
