Meditation has been proven to relieve stress, support the nervous system, and improve overall health and wellbeing. Join us at JAYA Studio for a 4 Week Mindfulness Meditation Series, that will arm you with all of the take-home tools needed to establish a simple, consistent daily meditation practice.
