In restorative yoga we use props to create intense support for the body in positions of comfort and ease to facilitate health, wellbeing & relaxation.

As we learn to slow down the breath, we slow down the mind and as a result slow down our life so much that we are able to move past the distractions of everyday life - once we feel fully supported and the chatter of the mind subsides we are able to see what truly matters and needs our attention.

Inspired by the teachings of Judith Hanson & Lizzie Lasater you are invited to spend an afternoon exploring deep rest and stillness within your body & mind through a deeply nourishing restorative practice.
