Kombucha is a fermented drink made from tea that contains beneficial nutrients, probiotics and acids that improve digestion, increase energy and boost immunity.
Sarah started brewing her own Kombucha when she saw the price they were selling a tiny medicine bottle for in the health stores and thought she could do better! She wants to share with you her technique for brewing Kombucha that tastes better, which has all the same health benefits with less sugar and costs a fraction of what you would spend in the shops (Oh and it’s fun too!).
Attendees will have the opportunity to sample different flavours, receive their own SCOBY, starter liquid and a handout with brewing instructions to take home.
