No better way to squelch the stresses of the Holiday Season than with a good LAUGH! This session will involve breathing exercises, movement to warm up the body and fun, laughter exercises finished with a delicious, long relaxation. Laughter yoga’s uplifting and light nature increases positive feelings in us. Allowing us to play in a childlike manner and not take ourselves too seriously. We can let go of our inhibitions.

Laughter Yoga is based on pranayama (yogic breathing exercises) which uses techniques of diaphragmatic breathing. Increasing our lung capacity and oxygen levels to the brain which in turn improves our mental clarity, which has a good effect on how we function in our daily lives. Even in cases where real laughter is not achieved, physiologically your body knows no different so the benefits are still enjoyed!

Reiki 1 is open to anybody. You do not need to know anything about it or have experienced it before. You do not need to be a ‘healer’ have psychic abilities or be spiritually enlightened to learn Reiki and be able to give it to others. Reiki is simply passed on from teacher to student and once this happens anyone can do it.

It is the greatest gift you can learn. Once attuned you will wonder how you lived without it.

During the Reiki 1 training we will cover the history of Reiki, what Reiki is, how it works and you will learn about many of my personal experiences of what Reiki can do. You will receive your Reiki 1 attunement which will enable you to channel the Reiki energy for the rest of your life. You will learn how to give self treatment and share treatments informally with family, pets and plants. How to scan the human energy field and chakras for balance and vitality. Learn how to use crystals alongside your Reiki healing and much more.

You will receive a comprehensive manual, your certificate in as a Reiki First Degree Practitioner (Reiki level 1 Practitioner) and ongoing support through email communication.
